In the spotlight

This just started out when I saw a painted dress and a pen top. I used watercolor and let it drip down to make the dress and background wash away. I first made the yellows in watercolor but I found that it was not enough so I used colored pencils to enhance the yellow of the lights and blend the shades of black in the background. The hair was originally in pencil but it needed to be brighter so I colored it as well.
